How To Practice Regular Exercise Program?

Everybody knows that keeping fit is good for health and regular exercise is the best way of keeping fit. Doing regular exercise or playing sports like tennis is good for health.  But you will get the benefits only when you are doing it regularly.  Regular exercise program is the right approach to fitness.

 

In spite of knowing the fact, many people are not doing exercise regularly.  Three main factors are the reasons for this irregularity.  Nature of job, family situation and lack of commitment contribute to the irregularity.  Time constraint is another excuse for not being regular.

 

Change your attitude
 

You ought to realize that only regular exercise will deliver the desired results.  Schedule a regular exercise regimen for yourself.  Giving excuses to

satisfy yourself for not able to do exercise regularly will destroy you.  Not only for exercise but anything in life. Always giving excuses will damage your inner self and make your life horrible both health wise and finance wise.

 

 

It is your attitude that can change your life style.  Being regular on exercise ultimately boils down to your attitude.  Make it a habit to do exercise regularly.  It is like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.  If it is not, you won't set aside time to work out.

If you set the right attitude you can find the time and not the excuse to do your regular exercise programs.  You may be a traveling guy, but still you can find time to do exercise If your attitude is positive.  A regular will find time to do stretching exercises while traveling.  It is your attitude that matters.

 

Set targets and move on

 

Start doing exercise with big picture in mind.  Don't unnecessarily worrying too much about missing a day.  Set daily target and monthly targets to make it a habit.  If you are a walker set the kilometers or miles you want to cover per day and ultimately per month.  Work towards achieving that goal.  This improves your commitment to stick to your exercise routine.

Set achievable targets and slowly improve upon it.  All of a sudden don't strain yourself too much.  Set a graded program and stick to it.  If you are playing a game increase the playing time.  Choose the exercise that suits you.  The exercise choice should be tailored to meet your needs.  Some get stressed on a treadmill and some may find playing a game tough.  Choose the exercise option from the

choices available to you like yoga, aerobics, salsa, dance, circuit training, walking, jogging and various other games.

 

People starting exercise late in their life should consult before making their choice and choose the one that excites you and fits you.  Emotional factor like the compelling necessity to lose weight or to refine shape will add stress and in the end your enthusiasm will recede.
