wherever possible. Go to the nearby shop or school or office by walk.

until your thighs say enough. Mke it a routine daily and increse your
hold by a few seconds each time.

grapes and red wine is because of polyphenols, a compund found to reduce
heart disease risk. The blood vessels and arteries become flexible and
healthy because of the presence of polyphenols. Another important
benefit of ployphenol is the protection it gives against Alzheimer's
disease.
Be a healthy teen
The diabetic patients are likely to
develop heart disease than those without diabetes. It is a well
established fact through many studies conducted on diabetic patients.
The diabetic patients are more aware it now and are taking regular
healthcare. But what is ignored most and not worried about is the
overweight among teenagers. A study on American teenagers revealed that
