Hold until your thighs say enough. Mke it a routine daily and increse your hold by a few seconds each time.

The blood vessels and arteries become flexible and healthy because of the presence of polyphenols. Another important benefit of ployphenol is the protection it gives against Alzheimer's disease.

 

Be a healthy teen

 

The diabetic patients are likely to develop heart disease than those without diabetes. It is a well established fact through many studies conducted on diabetic patients. The diabetic patients are more aware it now and are taking regular healthcare. But what is ignored most and not worried about is the overweight among teenagers. A study on American teenagers revealed that overweight at the age of 14 increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes in adulthood. Prevention is better than cure. Parents should take care that their children are not being overweight at their teens.

Have your children more years in school or college to avoid their mind concentrating on bad things. A recent study found that people with more than 12 years of formal education live longer than those with fewer years of education. Those with longer education career have lesser bad habits and are more positive. The more education you have , the less likely you are to smoke.

Stress is the main culprit in causing the life style diseases. The fast paced life is giving you stress filled lifestyle. Good interpersonal relationships act as a buffer against stress. Self disciplined people and achievers live longer and have less chance of getting Alzheimer's disease. Don't lead an ordinary life. Be a self-disciplined person and set personal or career goals and challenge yourself to meet them by a certain time.
