Watch out your diet to  avoid   anemia

In the  modern-day menu of young men and women the Old fashioned nutritive such as the spinach has given way to easy to concoct varieties . But college girls and working women are courting trouble, following imbalanced diets, according to the findings of a survey.

About 700 people were subjected to a random survey. The subjects including students and working women revealed that 45 per cent routinely skip breakfast. School girls and college goers compensate, going heavy on lunch. Working women fare worse. They skip the morning meal and settle for a lean lunch, which mostly comprises food with little nutritive value.

Working women interviewed for the survey says they got hungry by 4 p.m. in office and did exactly what doctors frowned at-downing a cup of coffee or tea on a near empty stomach. It simply ramps up iron absorption rates. The wise advice would be to have lemon tea instead. What is most disturbing is that most subjects had been following this haphazard diet for months together and puts the subjects at risk of developing anemia.

Keep to your eating schedule and maximum avoid irregular intervals. If your work schedule or commitments forced you to skip breakfast or lunch, at least take some biscuits or bread slice to avoid keeping your stomach empty.
